I handled the numbers while they ran the company. So I know what it looks like when a business runs on one fragile spreadsheet, when you know you could do more but don't see it, and when an owner knows the data should be telling them something but cannot get to it.

You do not have a data problem because you did something wrong. You have it because you grew faster than your reporting did.

I wanted to see small business owners like my parents get through that and succeed. That is what set me on this work.

I am a freelance data analyst with ten years across IT consulting, banking, and retail analytics. I built the first automated reporting for a Finnish retail chain. Before, checking how stores were doing meant hours of manual comparison every time. Now they see it at a glance: which stores are selling, which product groups are moving, how their most important customers are buying, every location measured on the same terms. Decisions that used to take an afternoon now take a minute.

The same work scales. Recently I was building the analytics layer on a 160-million-row dataset for a global manufacturer. Whether it is 16 locations or 200,000 devices, the question is the same. Which numbers actually drive your next decision.

Who I am

I hold a Master's degree in Finance and spent ten years supporting large-scale IT projects for international clients before going independent. But before that I did physical work in construction, I worked in a bank, I also sold investment planning services to people. That mix matters. I understand the business questions and I can build the technical answer, without needing a translator between the two. Give me a messy, half-formed question and I will turn it into something the data can actually answer.
