    Pasi Pakkala

    I grew up in a small town in Finland as the son of two solo entrepreneurs — which gave me a deep drive to support business owners, build long-term partnerships, and help companies make sense of their most valuable resource: their data.

    With a Master’s degree in Finance and 9 years of experience supporting large-scale IT projects and clients in international business environments, I bring a unique mix of business understanding, technical know-how, and practical thinking.

    That’s why I started Datapirtti — to turn that experience into clarity and growth for companies like yours.

✨ How Datapirtti turns data into business insight

  • Built client's first ever dashboard

    The client’s point-of-sale system held a lot of data, but there was no real visibility into it. Now, they can track the sales performance of individual products, analyze what drives sales, and compare how different locations are performing. I built them a custom Excel dashboard directly from the POS data.

  • Connecting scattered data into one clear view

    The client had a solid inventory system — but it didn’t combine data from different locations. I built an Excel-based solution that automatically merges files from multiple sites into one clear, personalized view. Now the business owner sees exactly what matters, all in one place.

  • Bringing project data together – in one automated view

    The client’s project data was scattered across Excel sheets and PDFs. I built an automated dashboard that shows project progress, task distribution, and the status of offers — all at a glance.
